Claudio had in depth knowledge of my suburb and sold my apartment fairly quickly in a competitive market. Claudio is personable and was a good communicator until settlement day arrived when the balance of my deposit held by the agent wasn’t paid. After several phone calls to the agency and Claudio with no reply, I sent an email and was paid the balance of the deposit days after the settlement date with no explanation.
