A property development specialist having overseen transactions exceeding 700M. I am now at the helm of two ventures that offer ground-breaking new services within Australia's real estate industry. The first project I'm now immersed in is the fast-growing venture Develop Connect Sell Property Privately Melbourne, No Auction House Selling (http://www.developconnect.com.au), which I founded in 2015. This unique platform connects home owners with property developers privately so that all stakeholders can negotiate a deal off-market.
We do this by liaising with the vendor and doing the necessary legwork for developers. We only take on sites with extended settlement periods (to allow for develop applications to start) and show the best potential. Then we extensively research their development and feasibility value so developers know exactly what their options are for the land.
While this kind of service model exists overseas in places like the US, it is new to Australia. Demand for Develop Connect has been incredible so far with hundreds of Melbourne home owners reaching out to us. Interstate demand is also climbing. Our aspirations are to eventually take this Australia-wide.

SOAA exposes the real estate industry's tricks, tips and insider information to property buyers. With a new generation of information-savvy and discerning property buyers, we believe our platform is a big first step to cleaning up the industry's reputation. We're on the job, from the inside.
