Claus was a helpful, reliable and efficient agent during a really challenging time to buy a home. He always returned calls and emails promptly and ensured I had all the information I needed. He called to check in after settlement and offered on going support which I really appreciated. He was always accommodating with requests and a pleasure to speak with.
