At no stage did I have any reason to question that decision. I was extremely pleased with the whole process and with Clayton's management of the sale of my home. It was important to me that I dealt with someone I could trust and who would sell in a manner that I regarded as ethical - Clayton was such an agent. The entire sales campaign was conducted in a transparent manner and I never felt any regret about going with an 'on-line' agency - far from it. I don't have any hesitation recommending Clayton and I'd be happy to use him again if the opportunity arose. The 'no commission' model Upside use saved me a lot of money, but that did not mean any less of a commitment to achieving a great price.
