Clemence was wonderful throughout the whole process of listing my home and has even advised me when putting an offer in on another property. The initial buyer for my home fell through but she had a number of other interested buyers lined up and we were under contract again after only 4 days of the first one falling through (due to finance). Clemence communicates and advises in a very patient and diplomatic manner and always has her clients best interests in mind.

Clemence showed a high degree of professionalism in dealing with prospects some of whom had limited knowledge of operational aspects of the live grove. Her communication skills enabled prompt review and decision making which smoothed out the sale process. Clemence undertook research to understand the particular and important aspects of olive growing and her background in horticulture held her in good stead which culminated in a successful sale.

Clemence provides a first rate service. She has a no nonsense approach which is a breath of fresh air. Her market knowledge has significant depth and her communication is above and beyond which gives good insight into the situation at hand and in the end provides for a seamless transaction. No doubt I will be seeking her help into the future.
