I like an agent that keeps me up-to-date throughout the entire sale process and Cliff fit the brief perfectly. In a tough market where the buyers had the upper hand, Cliff had to deal with a few difficult people along the way but in the end managed to secure us a buyer although at a price where we had to suck it up given the market conditions. I've dealt with many agents in my time and I'd have to say Cliff is right up there in as far as all of the qualities you need in an agent.
