The only disappointing factor was that my Lawyer Grasic Lawyers at Carina did not receive a copy of the signed contract due to an error in the email address. Maybe following open inspections a checklist should be followed regarding lights, lamps left on, windows all closed and doors locked securely (deadlocks etc). Settlement has not taken place at this date but following settlement I would recommend Cliff Tarr Ray White Coorparoo to prospective buyers/sellers. Thanking you.
