Clifford was great at putting my mind at ease prior to the auction of the property and explaining the auction process, as it was my first auction and I was very nervous. On the day of the auction itself, it was a "slow auction" as Clifford said it would be, so you didn't feel at all under pressure and we were absolutely thrilled that we were successful with our final bid.
