Clifford was great at putting my mind at ease prior to the auction of the property and explaining the auction process, as it was my first auction and I was very nervous. On the day of the auction itself, it was a "slow auction" as Clifford said it would be, so you didn't feel at all under pressure and we were absolutely thrilled that we were successful with our final bid. Both Clifford and Letisha were very helpful and then talked me through the next steps when signing the contract and have been readily available to show me through again at any time before our settlement date. Very happy with the service and our new investment property.
