Clint was very communicative and very helpful throughout the selling process. He supervised all work I requested and made recommendations on what additional work would help to sell the house quickly at the best price, I do not live in the same state as the townhouse. He attended the property on many occasions and his strategy on opening the house and advertising the price as ‘offers over $xx’ lead to a sale in less than a week after it went into the market. If I had another house to sell in Queensland I would certainly contact Clint.
We've known Clint since he was selling real estate in Darwin, and when the time came to leave our property in Marrara and move interstate, Clint and Great Northern Real Estate did a great job of managing it for us. When circumstances meant that I had to put my parent's house in Brisbane on the market late last year, I asked Clint to do the job for us. He had basically sold it before the first open inspection, and managed to get a price which was more than my parents expected. After that sale I told him we were moving interstate again early in 2023 and would he like to sell our Toowoomba home. Clint made the trek up the big hill to the Garden City, and with his suggestions, we styled the house to sell. With all his hard work behind the scenes, the house sold in 6 days with both buyers and sellers very happy with the outcome.
