I was selling the home I grew up in, and built by my parents >50yrs ago, due to their passing. I reside 2000km from Brisbane and so required an agent who would be respectful, obtain a good price, provide regular feedback and I could trust to work unsupervised. I spoke with about 7 Agents at the property and shortlisted 3. The final decision came down to 'the vibe'. Clint impressed across all elements and didn't let us down. He quickly achieved the price we wanted, which in hindsight (and research) was at the extreme high end of the range. He was professional, yet with a friendly manner, updated me almost daily, and took on board my opinions and advice, although not always agreeing with them. I very rarely rate anybody with full marks, and I was reluctant to start now. I looked for reasons not to give him a 5 star rating, but there were none - hence the 5 *. I would use Clint again in a heartbeat and have already recommended him to friends. (the bottle of red he gave had no influence on this report).
