Clint recently assisted me with the sale of my investment property in Greenslopes and I was very impressed with his professionalism and diligence in securing a sale for me in this difficult market. Given that I lived interstate and had not seen my investment property since I brought it over 8 years ago, regular communication was important to ensure I felt that my sale was been managed appropriately and that I was being provided with important market information. Clint impressed me from day one with his obviously passion for the industry, his straight forward (no 'spin') commentary on the market, the likely expectations for a sale and his eagerness to ensure we achieved a result that I was happy enough with - having regard to market factors. I always felt in safe hands with Clint and was extremely appreciative of his efforts which went above and beyond what I expect of most agents in the market (always making himself available at any time of the week (including weekends and after hours), doing multiple private inspections etc). The professionalism of Clint and the Coronis team at the open inspection I attended was also apparent in contrast to other (often larger agencies) which were also showing in the area at the same time.
