We had to put our house on the market quickly as we had put a contract on another house subject to the sale of ours. Within a couple of days photo's were done and people were coming through our door, it sold in one day of being on the market. Clint knows the area and is a great sales person, not pushy but knows how to close a deal quickly and professionally. We would recommend him to anyone selling their property, we had several of our friends that used Clint to sell their homes and everyone is always happy with the services provided.

When I met Clint 3 weeks before Xmas, he told me he could move my property before Xmas. I was of course sceptical but decided to run with him anyway. I did a couple of inexpensive touch ups under his guidance and with tradies that he recommended. They took care of me price wise and had the works carried out without fuss. Clint surprised me... we had a deposit prior to Xmas and all settled by 25th January!!
