Pleased with the effort put in and the result Clint achieved in the sale of our Unit. I felt a little let down by lack of feedback with regard to first couple who looked through my unit ( no feedback received at all), although Clint was not the agent from Century 21 who came through with the prospective purchasers. After sales interaction - again a little disappointed, because I was flying back to Tassie and unable to do so myself, I had asked that garage door keys be collected following repairs and ensure roll-a-door was in working order, I had to chase up with Office staff to see if that had in fact been done. I was advised that something nice would be sent to us after sale, not sure what was meant by this but nothing came of it. Communication and after sales a bit of a let down. Would I deal with Clint again? most definitely Would I recommend Clint to anyone seeking an agent? most definately but would still highly recommend Clint to anyone seeking a property agent
