Clint seems to be a good person and I prefer to do not go too deep in these comments providing examples of what happened. Therefore, I will leave my comments suggesting Parry Property investing more effort and training to make Clint more professional and accountable for the buyers as much as he can, especially when they are not familiar with the country and the rules existing. I comprehend the logic of the real estate as the protector of the vendor's interests, but the buyer of today can be the vendor of tomorrow. In addition, the word of mouth is a key aspect in a market like Launceston and committing some mistakes like the ones he made while dealing with us should be avoided at all costs. It must be clear to Clint that he needs to control himself, maintain the calm and harmonise what happens when people that are not familiar with the real estate procedures become uncomfortable with the process. Exploding and threatening to do not offer support should not be the practice. He should also be aware of the level of expectation that is generated when something is requested and he offers himself to help. By not delivering what was promised, it generates doubt and frustration for those involved in such an important event of life. I am pretty sure that this will be considered for the future and that other buyers will have a better experience if compared with the one we had.
