My association with Clint in the selling of my house has been one of great respect for Clint's qualities. The word " honest" is one which, sadly , often takes on some tarnish when the topic of Real Estate Agents is raised. Clint showed many great qualities when selling my house. He was always friendly , positive ,approachable, imaginative in his marketing and willing to go " the last yard " ( perhaps metre these days) in selling my house but it was his honesty which impressed me most.He was realistic in his suggestion of a price for my property and ,at the commencement of the stages of the sale , this was a little disappointing for me but through the process of communication I came to see that his estimation was quite accurate. I had encountered some experience of " pie in the sky" offers on my property before and the disappointment, in the realisation of how inaccurate these may have been, was avoided by Clint's realistic estimation. Clint was also the seller for the property which I was purchasing and I was very impressed with his honesty and professionalism towards that vendor as well as towards me. Should the occasion arise, I would, most certainly, use Clint as my agent again to sell my property and I would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone that I knew who was looking for an agent to sell a property . After reflecting upon this review I have realised that I have not mentioned Tyron Clint's partner as I thought the review was only for Clint. I must say that I found the same level of service reflected in Tyron's approach as I found for Clint. I am extremely appreciative of the efforts of both of them .

Clint and Tyron know their market and know how to achieve results. I have sold two properties with them, both times receiving quick (in one case one week) sales with higher than expected results, even in a slower market. Wouldn’t sell in Sunrise with anyone else.

I haven't had the best experience with real estate agents but Tyron (and Clint) have given me hope that maybe there are some good ones out there! From the beginning, Tyron and Clint were friendly, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the local area and buying/selling process. They were never pushy or underhand, were very considerate of any concern/worries and really listened to what i was looking for. They had great contacts for everything i needed and were happy to provide their thoughts on any topic- but I never felt pressured. Tyron went out of his way to make things easy, checked in regularly to make sure things were ok and provided great advice and support throughout the whole process. Even after the job was done Tyron has gone out of his way to be helpful (ie putting up the for sale sticker and providing advice about body corporate, ) - above and beyond really. The whole experience was stressfree thanks to them. Absolute professionals and would strongly recommend them.
