Asked about process and received full sheet describing the process but that was not followed. Clinton asked to pre-sign a contract but then was not ready and did not seem to have grasp on how each bit had to be completed. Resulted in an addendum to contract. When offer accepted providing advice out sequence on what happened next and then seem to concentrate on another open rather than getting Form R1 to us. Was rather insulting about pre-approval letter and questioned it with me and bank. Needs to provide service to both vendor and buyer.
