We recently sold our apartment through Eastell at Coolum Beach. The reason for first calling them in was that we noticed the amount of signage on our morning walks, plus a lot of sold-activity in recent times. What we appreciated in their pitch as no push towards auction, and also no over-the-top advertising packages (which we find are all about promoting the agency). It was amazing to see their teamwork in the photo sessions and open inspections (only one needed as we sold within a week)
