Excellent team; well prepared from start to finish

I have sold a few properties over the years so I was familiar with the process. I was also wary of the ”slowed“ market conditions. When choosing the agent for the sale, I choose my local presence rather than the commission. I believe a good real estate agent can negotiate a better price and the 0.5% or even 1% difference in commission will easily be absorbed. Now to my sale experience with Clinton, Bailey and his team: they were so prepared and ready. We all worked as a team with a realistic and achievable price bracket. We had 3 inspections, 2 on the first Saturday and another on Monday for buyers agents. 30 groups total. And 3 offers by mid week. Clinton and his team did amazingly at filtering the offers and negotiating the offer up, clear contract terms and a breeze to get to unconditional all because of the many phone calls to and from Clinton and his team and the patience as well as persistence they all showed from day one to now.
