Mum always said if you have nothing nice to say then don't say it. Only met him once to show him what a shit show had been left at the house. Anyway he got his money. Still trying to sort out the mess in the theatre where they took the TV bracket botched 8holes up with something that would probably only be removed with a grinder. Maybe they didn't understand he says....they understood enough to cover the mess with contact and cut green trees to cover every bit of paint they took of the walls. Maybe it was the realestates job to have them understand. Still trying to sort wall out. They have passed it back to our settlement agent who cannot get through to anyone. Like I said they have their money.

As a newly widowed woman of 86, I was confronted with the need to sell the Bunbury home I had shared with my husband for 23 years. We recently purchased a property through Century 21. Whilst the circumstances around the property and purchase itself were unique and difficult (due to most things being beyond Century21's control). Clinton Knop & Dereck Walker tried their best in an attempt to ensure our experience of purchasing wasn't an entirely bad one. More communication throughout the process would have been good.
