Clinton was able to answer all of our questions about the properties we looked at, sometimes before we even knew what to ask. He was available at all hours and very prompt in returning my calls or texts. He was very knowledgeable about the type of house we were looking for, the price range and area we were looking (he was even able to anticipate our next move and had a couple of houses in the preferred area in mind for us to look at). Clinton was very easy to work with, kept his focus (even though I'm sure we tested him), also kept our search enjoyable. When the time came he was able to present the price to the vendor and negotiate an appropriate and fair outcome for us.
