Our initial impression of Belle when we started looking at houses was gruff agents, but it improved later, perhaps after it was realised that we were serious buyers. The "silent tender" process came across very stern and rigid. The agent was much more friendly and helpful when our bid turned out to be very competitive, and eventually accepted after brief negotiations. The communication was effective and helped us make a decision. Overall, we are happy with the agent and feel he did a good job.
