We received a letter box drop from Clinton informing us he had sold the house across the street. We thought the price achieved was a good price as far as a seller is concerned. Our problem was we had two properties to sell and needed to sell them in roughly the same time frame. We of course wanted to take advantage of the sellers market and get the best price we could and sell within a short period of time. Clinton's positive approach along with his offsider Stacey assured us this was possible and with open house inspections on consecutive Saturdays achieved the result. Both properties sold for a reasonable price and are settling within 5 days of each other. The fact that Clinton and Stacey kept us informed all along the process during the selling and the building and pest reports was certainly a help in enabling us to keep up to date on the progress of the sale. We are happy with the outcome.
