Prior to engagement - I had interviewed 4 local Newport real estate agents (includes receiving formal proposals) - as selling a house can be a very demanding and challenging process . Clinton was able to walk me through the vendor process in detail, very knowledgeable of the area, kept me up to date on a regular basis, attended meetings and provided professional marketing material in a timely manner and very sound advice on marketing approach. Verbal and written communication skills were at the highest level in dealing with Clinton. The house was sold at 1st open inspection which was a great outcome (i.e. less than 1 week from listing). All times Clinton was well presented, and a smiling happy gentlemen. Clinton gave me totally confidence, that he; and his team new what they were about, with runs on the board. He knew and live in the area. He gave me the feeling that if I gave Clinton my listing he was in the drivers seat, knowing how and why my property should be present in the way that would give it the excellent exposure, thus allow my property to be sold to the first buyer who saw it. I had total confidence in what he was doing, yet at all times my feelings were considered and what I wanted to do. Yes, he's a guy that for-filled every commitment, and kept me informed at all times as to where and what was happening.
