Clinton was easy to deal with, organised, and did what he promised.

As the selling agent for the property I was purchasing, I found Clinton to be personable and professional. He was very prompt in responding to any followup requests for information that I had. He appeared to have good product knowledge . As he was not the agent acting for my sale I cannot comment on that aspect of the transaction, so the comment below only refers to what I expected to pay for the property.
