Pleasant Sales Experience

My partner and I initially met Clinton on our journey to purchase a property. We came close to purchasing with Clinton yet couldn’t find our exact requirements at the time, subsequently we did find another property yet Clinton didn’t have the listing. Once we had purchased we ran into Clinton again and suggested that if we were ever to sell, we’d give him the opportunity. We loved our home at Clontarf, a very unique property. Some time later our circumstances changed and we got in touch with Clinton. Him and his team were extremely professional and accommodating. Selling a property, particularly one that you love can bring a lot of anxiety, yet Clinton ensured the process was seamless and stress free. We had several offers within a very short time and finally one that we accepted. Clinton is not afraid to get his hands dirty and go the extra when he has to. One afternoon he arrived in his suit and pulled weeds in our back yard. He was always available throughout the process.
