Knows how to sell. But as a buyer I’d be very, very careful. Make sure you triple check everything, walls (make sure there’s no markings or holes), make ensure u do the final inspection not when the owners are packing and/or “moving out”. It’s really hard to check everything over. Make sure u have all ur request and questions in writing, otherwise they don’t follow thru.. and make sure all ur request and questions are answered prior to settlement otherwise they wipe their hands off once it’s settled. Make sure everything (keys, codes, and cameras) are transferred over to u or at least have access to them prior to settlement. Otherwise after settlement they don’t care. Also my advice… put in as part of the contract that the owner must do a bond clean and patch up any holes prior to settlement. The owners we purchased from was discussing and even left dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Disgraceful.
