Rushed through the contract process, writing illegible, feed back is in his time unless it’s to his benefit, tells buyer seller isn’t capable of making decisions he has to advise and doesn’t appear to give seller full information.as a buyer he will tell you what you want to hear not the actual outcome. Refused to put anything in writing so make sure you have your own paper trail.
