Clive is a great agent. We decided to sell our property, Clive came around and gave us some ideas to improve our sale of the property before putting it on the market. He spent alot of time to get our price that we wanted. He was very friendly and a well prepared agent. I recommend him to anyone who is thinking of selling. He restored our faith in real estate agents as being very honest.

When I first spoke to Clive I wasn't even sure if I definitely wanted to sell. He was very informative and happy to just chat about my situation. It was after 5pm and he was happy to answer any questions I had without me feeling like I was wasting his time. When I finally decided to list my property I had a contract extremely quickly - but unfortunately it fell through. After a few weeks went by with open houses, Clive suggested maybe dropping the price a little - however I decided to stick to my price and he was happy with that - no pushing to get me to drop my price. It then sold quite quickly again - this time successfully. I was downgrading in the same area so Clive kept me up to date with any new houses on the market. He was also happy to answer any questions on houses I was looking at, even though they weren't his listing.
