After moving my existing real estate business to a more ideal location in Mt Gravatt, I made the decision to rebrand this office with Harcourts. Prior to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2004. I gained almost 14 years of paralegal experience in conveyancing and have worked around the fringes of real estate for most of my life. I am now excited to be part of Harcourts. Most of our current business is through repeat and referral clients, and I use limited advertising.Although I now reside in Brisbane’s western suburbs, I was previously located at Mt Gravatt/Holland Park and have extensive knowledge and expertise of the local area.
The property market in the Mt Gravatt – Holland Park area is currently showing signs of recovery. I am looking forward to working harder and smarter in our market to deliver the best possible service and results to my clients. Now that I have officially joined the Harcourts group, I have set myself and my business some ambitious goals.One of my primary goals is to increase the property management side of my business – I believe that property management is the backbone of any successful real estate business. I’d also like to grow and develop a successful sales team. Ideally I’d like to grow the sales business to a team of between four and six people.
