We chose Nick as our agent more or less randomly, but he could not have been more helpful to us in somewhat difficult circumstances. Nick was extremely knowledgeable and definitely knows the market. We could not have wished for a better agent - ours was not a big sale by any means but I am sure we would not have had better service if the property had been 10 times more valuable.

Easy to deal with. Turns up when he says and does what he says. Knows the area well and everything went smoothly. Thanks Nick

Nick was understanding and very helpful in the process of my recent home purchase.

Thanks Nick for being very easy to work with on the sale.

From my initial contact with Nick Hayes to my final measure up of the house I decided to buy. I made appointments to view several houses, sent emails, sms messages and it seemed that nothing was too much trouble. Nick has a great capacity for follow through and seemingly endless tolerance and good humour. Nick is a great ambassador for his agency and the Midlands area.

Since we started looking over 2 years ago we were very pleased with the way Nick handled himself, down to earth and direct with any questions we had. As we are from Melbourne it was a little discouraging at first with other agents but not with Nick who was able to back up everything he said with his expert local knowledge. We are very pleased with outcome and look forward to enjoying our new home away from home; cheers to you Nick Hay!

Nick Hay is professional and great to work with!

Nick has been amazing throughout the process of purchasing my first home! He answered all my annoying and seemingly silly questions in a extremely professional manner! Nick as always been approachable and easy to contact!

We could not have asked for better service and attention than what we received from Nick and the team at Harcourts. Answered all our questions and helped every step of the way. Lovely surprise today when the beautiful Hamper of Tassie products from Harcourts arrived at our door today in QLD. Thankyou for helping us on our purchasing journey. Sonia & Duncan

Nick was excellent delivered on what he said . kept us up to date on all clients who showed any interest in our property. always focused on the best for his clients and went that little bit extra to keep us positive about the sale of our property. I would have no hesitation in recommending Nick to friends or family.

Nick Hay was on the ball the whole way through our purchase. He maintained communication right up to the settlement. We can recommend him to anyone wishing to purchase in his area.

Nick was terrific to deal with, strongly recommend him.
