I had a brilliant experience selling my property with Coco. She knows the market and her advice is well researched. Coco is honest and she is always too happy to go out of her way to accommodate our needs and answer any questions we had throughout the sales campaign.
Coco and her assistants, Jo and Gavin, did a tremendous job in not just selling my house but in assisting in the huge amount of preparation required. I firmly believe that Coco was the only agent in the local area that could have sold the property for the price and within the time frame in which she did.
Our home proved more difficult to sell than expected. However Coco never gave up trying to find a suitable buyer. She had a difficult task of advising us that what we were expecting was not going to be achieved. In the end we were successful in selling and we are grateful.
Coco runs an honest and transparent sales campaign, with the result above our expectations. She was a pleasure to deal with throughout the whole sales process. Coco is an excellent communicator and great to work with. I have no hesitation in recommending her to anyone looking for a hardworking, efficient, dedicated sales professional
Very good customer service! Patient, Helpful and Efficient! Will definitely recommend my friends.
Coco is the best sales agent I have ever seen. She wins me over with her professional knowledge and honest management.
Thank you Coco for your hard work and great result in selling our house ! :)
She is great in communication , hard working and understand the market well. She always get the job done, highly recommended.
Coco has been the best in the area for years and sold one of our other properties. Always friendly and tells you how it is without pretending or giving you a story like others do. Anybody selling in the area would be silly not speaking to her and allowing her to sell their property.
To our knowledge Coco has over 10 years selling in St Ives. From the start Coco guided us through the entire process, from helping us coordinate painter’s to helping us dress our property prior to placing it on the market. Coco has a positive attitude from start to finish. She also has a great knack of being able to tell you what she really thinks without you being offended. This does not just happen. It’s comes from hard work & knowledge. We would highly recommend her to everyone!
Coco is very conscientious, responsible and patient
It was such a pleasant experience working with Coco. We are very impressed with her people and negotiation skill. She delivered a result that exceeded my expectation. Highly recommended!
