Coco helped the reviewer sell this property

Benchmark of dedication

Coco assisted us to sell our property during a slow market recently. She took the initiative to conduct the openings on Sundays due to the tenant's availablity, which was an extra working day for her. She kept us posted with all the potential buyer information, together with all the strategies to make the property more appealing on the market. Coco's dedication and prompt in response is second to none. To our surprise, the property was sold within two months at a reasonable price. It's an excellent outcome considering how slow the market has been recently. We can't thank Coco enough for all her hard work. Definitely will recommend Coco to our friends if they need a professional selling real estate agent.
