Marketing campaign was not communicated correctly. The sales board went up 5 days after the first inspection. Agents couldn't figure out where to place the marketing board sign as the strategy didn't approve. We had to intervene and suggest a location. They ought to have this knowledge and be able to work with OC's effectively. I would have appreciated a few options to put on the sign if marketing offered only one choice. I didn't feel the agency cared much once they had the property. Communication could have been better. During settlement, the buyer requested that the broken fence be fixed. The agent should have recommended getting it fixed before the property went on the market or stating to the buyer that it was selling as it was. We feel pressured to get it fixed. I think the agent should have picked this up. Communication with the property manager and the open house were a mess. We had to be the middlemen between them. There was no bargaining during the sale. It appears to be a numbers game for them. Sell sell sell.
