It was only 7 days from first viewing the house to purchasing it at auction. From the outset and all the way through, l was extremely impressed with the professionalism and straight down the line approach and communications l had with Cocoa and her wonderful team that also included Selina Shi who showed us through the house and came through with answers to all our questions and Tim Immary the Rental Agent who got to work immediately to advertise the property for prospective tenants. Upon purchase, Cocoa recommended (at our request) and organised a Conveyancer for us and readily made herself available to answer any questions right up until settlement. As soon as settlement had gone through, Cocoa contacted us to inform us that everything had gone smoothly. Of course, this is the service that we expect but has not always been our experience when dealing with other agents. We would definitely go with Cocoa and AreaSpecialist again in the future.
