I had no issues with Coco, however in dealing with Area Specialists, I found that communication could definitely use some work. From the negotiation stage, through the settlement period, I found communication from Area Specialists was relatively poor. Throughout the process I dealt with Hong and on several occasions he didn't get back to me as he said he would, rather I had to follow up myself. Sometimes having to contact Coco directly to induce a response to whatever the query may have been. These queries included responses to offers for the property, questions regarding appliances not working as they should and even missing keys. When arranging to pick up the keys after settlement, Hong did not want to meet me at the address of the purchased property and instead I had to go to the Area Specialists office in Keysborough. This was an inconvenience as it was much further for me. When I asked Hong if we could meet at the purchased house address, much closer for me, Hong responded saying that it depends if it fits his schedule. Overall, Coco and Hong were friendly and approachable, however the previously stated issues above are what stood out for me during the whole experience.
