我在墨尔本的投资房前两天拍卖成功，价格高出同天卖出的同一区域、同一户型房子大约10万AUD。这个过程中，Coco非常靠谱和给力，值得称赞！最初决定售出的时候，我在realestate.com.au上联系了房子所在区域的3个年度销售额靠前的华人中介。我最终选择Coco的原因在于，她非常了解当前市场行情，并且给出了一个方案以便使我的房子能够卖出一个较高的价位。Coco的中介费肯定不是市场上最低，但是我最终选择了她其实是因为我认同了她的方案。再投入2-3万AUD，最后能够多卖出7-8万AUD，我觉得是值得做的事情。按这个方案，拍卖前期的准备事项很多，包括尽早让租户搬出，翻修房屋，修理草坪，租赁家具等。Coco考虑问题很细，比如说买些香薰，比如说重点对厨房区域进行了翻修，再比如给租户重新找房子以便他们尽早搬出。房屋准备就绪后，就是拍卖前的几次开放，每次开放Coco都会告知我潜在买家的具体情况。这里面也有很多细节，包括怎么尽可能吸引最多的买家来看房，怎么尽可能让多个买家参加拍卖。这方面Coco经验也很丰富，我也非常信任她，很多事情都让她把握好就行。整个售房过程Coco显示出了专业化的素养，能从卖家角度考虑，让人放心。
