Could not wish for better.

We chose Coco Ma due to her successful sale of another property in our street. From our initial contact until the eventual sale of our property, we found Coco to be extremely efficient, knowledgeable, and, just as important to my wife and I, very approachable, and along with her associates, we felt like we were part of a team that was solely focused on gaining a positive outcome. Which was indeed the case. Coco kept us up to date after each Open For Inspection (of which we only needed 3), giving us customer feedback and individual comments, and, based on this information, changed from having an Auction date, to having a private sale, which proved to be a successful strategy. Overall, it made the whole operation about as stress free as you could get. We felt part of a family that was there “just for us”, such was their commitment. And, in the end, because of their dedication, we achieved a successful result. I would be happy to recommend this company to anyone looking to sell their home. Thank you, Coco Ma.
