Cody Durante

Cody was very helpful and patient. Communicated well with us. Always there when we had a question. Very honest down to earth gentleman. It was great having Cody as our salesman..

Honestly I wanted a different real estate, but Cody did everything. He made it stress free and a breeze. Just don't let him go on holidays before you sell, he is not allowed a vacation haha! He's too good! Cody always checked in, was friendly, understanding, patient, everything. Easy to talk to and feel at ease with.

A huge thank you to Cody and Michael for helping me sell my Bowen Hills apartment. In this market, I honestly didn't think we'd get an offer that met my expectations, especially as I wouldn't budge on my minimum price. They worked incredibly hard to get the deal over the line, kept me informed every step of the way, and their communication was outstanding. Their commission was well deserved. Highly recommend!

Although I didn’t interact with Cody as much as I did with Michael but every interaction I had with him was excellent. From arranging the initial inspection to meeting on settlement day, he was friendly, professional, and welcoming. He took the time to show me around the apartment complex, explained everything clearly, including the facilities like the pool and other amenities, and made sure I felt comfortable with my new home.

Cody and his entire team made selling our investment unit an absolute breeze. His communication was clear, consistent, and genuinely reassuring from start to finish. He handled every detail with professionalism and confidence, and we always felt we were in safe hands. We’re incredibly grateful for his hard work and couldn’t recommend him highly enough.

Cody and the entire team at Place were fantastic during our purchase and settlement. Easy to communicate with, very prompt with questions and accommodating with requests for access and documents.
