We had been looking for sometime for an investment unit and were getting rather disgruntled with rude , abrasive, aggressive greedy estate agents , and also putting in offers on properties and not hearing anything back . We were almost ready to give up and give looking a rest and my husband found this property listed with Cody . We phoned to arrange a viewing and immediately we had a good feeling - both about Cody and the property . Nothing was too much trouble , every phone call or message was answered in a timely professional manner , even going over and above for us with calls etc outside hours due to our work commitments . We put in an offer and he was right there beside us every step of the way . We settled quickly and we couldn’t be happier. There was no hidden agenda , there was no fake agenda.
