Col helped us achieve a great result in our sale, both in terms of the speed of sale and price achieved. We were moving fast through the process yet Col was able to guide us through it all, providing great advice on the type of sale we should do, organising the photography and floor plan, and finally activating the marketing. The Upside online dashboard is excellent - it allowed us to stay on top of what was happening with the sale, who had been through and what offers were coming in. It made the whole process really transparent and just easy. I recommend Col and Upside 100%.

We found Col to be knowledgeable in his field as our agent We were comfortable working with Col and he achieved a great result for us , in what has been a dreadful year. Did we get the price we hoped for ? I think our hopes were set a little high ( by ourselves) and Col helped us to understand a realistic sale price. He wasn't pushy and at no time did he try to apply pressure to us simply to make a sale- unlike our last agent. Speaking out loud , generally I have no time for real estate agents I find them smarmy and aloof, generally with a big ego and car to match,Col is none of those. He is warm and approachable , he listened to our various requests to increase then decrease the asking price and he went with our strategy. We were regularly updated with campaign reports that were actually meaningful to us.The question Upside have to ask us is would we recommend Upside? Our answer would be yes provided Col Kelaart was the agent.

AT first I wasn't sure about his knowledge of the Sunnybank area as it is 87%Asian but he handled it well,took a bit of sledging from the Asian agents but took it in good part and won out in the end.

Col was very patient with both ourselves and the sellers, doing his best so that both parties were satisfied with the price of the property. He also followed up on our queries very quickly and efficiently. Would recommend.

Col is a pleasant and honest person.

When we first approached Upside, it was because of the fixed price rate, no sliding scale commission. Col seemed to present his services well. We were a bit confused as to why he continued to present other houses in Moorooka that were not comparable to our house. We had already explained that we had gone through this same process before. With regards to the open house, it was by God's will that we found out why no one was turning up to the open houses, the open house time was not appearing in the house ad until the morning of the open house. (3 of these open houses were not attended?) Also, (mainly as a bit of advice) I asked Col what else he was doing to sell our house, did he have a list of potential buyers, to which his response was vague?? If you are going to succeed in this business you must reach out to potential investors and keep a list of the types of properties they are interested in. Overall, except for the "open House issue" Col presented well.
