The strongest take-away from the auction was the assurance that Col always has your back and does his utmost to get the very strongest result from the market. His attitude is very personal and we were impressed that his approach always seems "whatever it takes". What Col promised before commissioned as agent he followed through on to the letter and actually he did a huge lot more. The sales strategy worked out exactly within the parameters predicted. The RBR team was always ahead of the curve with paperwork etc which was great - we had no surprises. Col was accessible, prompt, cheerful and courteous throughout, nothing was too much trouble and he made an extra effort negotiating with local papers to get us maximum benefit from what we spent advertising.
