I actually dealt with Mandy from RBR who works with Col. She was always pleasant and helpful. Mandy let me know exactly what was happening as we moved along. She kept me up to date with how the property was being viewed even when we hit a snag that virtually put the sale on hold for a while. Always had a positive attitude. Very easy to work with.
