We purchased a house in the Huon Valley in 2020 at the beginning of COVID. We are from NSW and were unable to travel to Tasmania because of the lockdowns. Colby was the agent when we bought the house and she was amazing. Not being able to visit the house for inspections, Colby helped us get a great picture of the area and the house. She was prompt and incredibly helpful through the entire process. She took us on live walk-throughs of the house and even video called us when she was putting up the SOLD sign once we had purchased the house. With the constant lockdowns, we weren’t able to travel to TAS to see the house for the better part of a year and during that time, Colby checked in on the house often and helped us find contractors. She even organised horses to be put on the property to help with the ever growing grass. Over the past two years Colby has helped us so much and so when it came time for us to sell the house, Colby was the obvious choice. Colby is friendly and down to earth, nothing was too hard for her and she always went above and beyond. We can’t thank Colby enough for all of her help.
