Colin Abbas from Woodards Real Estate was one of the many agents that we met with when we decided to sell two properties. The decision to engage Colin as our agent was an extremely easy one as his friendly but professional approach made us feel comfortable during our very first meeting with him. We found Colin to be very knowledgeable in the area as well as understanding of our needs and requirements as vendors . He was in no way pushy when it came to listing our properties and he proved himself to be trustworthy with a genuine interest in the most desirable outcome for us, the vendors. We engaged Colin and as a result sold not one but two townhouses. We were grateful for the advice that Colin gave to firstly sell first one of the properties in order to set a precedent for the second. To our delight he was able to obtain an offer of $685,000 which was a price which we were actually quite willing to accept. Colin advised that it would be a better idea to hold off until he had made contact with all other parties that had inspected the property and in doing so he was able to sell to another interested party for $720,500. Thank God we took his advice because by doing so, we received an additional $35,500 which has resulted in more flexibility for our family’s future. Colin also sold our 2nd townhouse in record time. This property was reverse living and we had been advised by numerous agents that typically these properties are more difficult to sell. Again, on this occasion Colin delivered! There was no way that he was going let us down, selling the property within 3 weeks of it being listed for $625,000. We would highly recommend Colin Abbas to anyone considering selling, his honesty (which is rare in the real estate industry), work ethic and passion to successfully obtain the most desirable outcome for each and every person which he comes into contact with is second to none.
