Colin helped the reviewer sell this property

Excellent Service

I have worked with Colin from the first moment I brought a house upon arriving from Canberra. I wanted to live in the Preston area, because of its convenience and easy access to the city and the parks. Colin has successfully helped me buy and sell three properties, and this sale was no different. I have come to have a high regard for Colin's approach to the task of selling our properties - I wanted someone with deep personal knowledge of the area, someone who was a solid advocate on my behalf and who could keep me informed and up to date on the outcomes of the open homes and enquires. Colin is an excellent auctioneer and I have watched with excitement while he worked his magic with the crowd. Because of him, we have also rented properties with Colin's agency and found them to operate to the high standard that we have come to expect from Colin. A hard worker, well networked and a passionate advocate for property, I would work with Colin again in a heartbeat and he has to be my go to Real Estate Agent in Victoria. Another great outcome with a health profit margin. Thanks Colin!
