Hi My husband and I are now under the pump to have the compost removed at the investment property that we have purchased located at 8 Mema Place Quakers Hill NSW 2763 which we have initially requested. Until during the final inspection the compost was still sitting on site. Since we do not want any conflict to arise we just later on agreed that it is fine. Now, it has been recently reported to us that it must be actioned asap. This is a serious situation as it involves a huge amount in order to expedite the request of the tenant. If this request of ours has been actioned earlier it we would not be pressured right now to have it removed.
