Very happy with the process from the time of deciding to sell, block being advertised and then sold. Everything went smoothly. Only concern was the disappointment of having to wait nearly two weeks for the deposit to be transferred into my account after the conveyancer's had carried out the final settlement. I actually had to make several calls to find out why this hadn't taken place. My conveyancer stated that he had contacted O'Brien's immediately after the final settlement had taken place.
