Colin Craig showed impressive judgement throughout my sale process. He could see that it wasn’t going to be a gallop to the end but a sustained canter, requiring good timing and smart management of potential buyers. The market was shifting under our feet throughout the 4-5 weeks and it felt pretty stressful for a vendor. But he stayed cool and calm and I came to really trust his various assessments of both other sales and the people viewing our property and general psychological state of the market. He really knows the lower nor5 shore in his bones, I think—-it matters. And then towards the (successful) end, he really came into his own, advised me well and above all, closed the deal!
