To start with I was really stressed about the whole process of selling a house but once I spoke to Colin at First National Davidson, it made the world of difference and it wasn't long to make up my mind to have him to sale my property. Everything was very professional, friendly, understanding, knows the market and very detail - everything we spoke about and he spoke with clients were all documented and sms to myself so I'm always updated with the progress. I am extremely satisfied with Colin and his team. They provided the right advice and were extremly professional in all their dealings. Colin was our managing agent for the property, and he took all the hassle out of being a landlord - I never had to chase him for anything, he always took my calls, and on rare occasions when he didn't he immediately sent me via SMS explaining why he couldn't (eg sorry - with a client. Is it urgent? Otherwise I'll call you at 4:30). Most importantly, he always called back when he said he would. Eventually, when we finally decided to sell, we got to see the other side of his business, which was run in the same professional way. He quickly mobilised his sales team to run an effective campaign in 3 1/2 weeks that resulted in an extremely pleasing result for us, well exceeding our expectations. Nothing was a hassle for him or his people. From the numerous adhoc phonecalls and questions, to the weekly briefings on the campaign progress, to the advice regarding marketing strategy, Colin and his team exceeded our expectations on every front - all this yet for a very competitive price. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Colin and his team whether you are looking to sell or rent your house. Frankly, I consider him the best Real Estate agent I've ever dealt with (and I've dealt with more than a few). My only misgiving is that he doesn't manage Brisbane properties.
