Excellent service provided

Wasn’t going to bother with this but have now received 3 emails begging for feedback so here we go. When we first met with Colin to show us around the house, he handed my wife his card and said ‘here, I’ll give this to you so you can feel important too’. He went away on holidays during settlement and didn’t let us know, we had to ring the office to contact him and they had informed us he was away. Then, he robbed us of the first home buyer experience of placing a sold sticker on the sign. When we asked about it we were given a new sold sticker to place on the sign when we collected the keys from the office (Colin was no where to be found while we collected the keys either) and upon arriving at our new home, the whole sign had been taken away. Not to mention the gift basket of goodies we received contained out of date biscuits and chocolates by a few months.
